Frequently Asked Questions

The Flat Fee includes everything listed below:

  • Prepare application
  • One round of revisions (additional fees apply if you request multiple revision rounds).
  • Prepare all related filing paperwork
  • Electronic filing with the US Patent & Trademark Office
  • Copy of e-Filing Acknowledgement from US Patent & Trademark Office
  • Notification of subsequent correspondence received from the US Patent & Trademark Office (e.g., another Office Action or Notice of Allowance).

Government fees are set by the US Patent & Trademark Office, and may include filing fees, examination fees, late fees/extension fees, etc. You will be charged the actual government fee(s) at the time of filing. 

Trenner Law Firm may charge additional fees if you request more changes after the Final version has been sent to you. The Flat Fee does not include any work after filing, such as responding to Office Actions, Payment of Issue Fees or Maintenance Fees, filing a Statement of Use in a trademark application, or filing any follow-on patent or trademark application(s).

After submitting this Payment Form, you will automatically be directed to our secure online payment page where you can make payment by credit card or debit card (Visa/Mastercard). We no longer accept cash or checks. We cannot begin work on your project until payment has been confirmed by Trenner Law Firm.
